Administrative Officer

We seek an Administrative Officer in a tailoring organization to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the business. Experience in the Production/Manufacturing sector will be an added advantage.

Job descriptions & requirementsResponsibilities:
- Managing the office operations.
- Supervising staff, handling recruitment, training, and employee relations.
- Ensuring excellent customer service, handling complaints, and resolving issues.
- Overseeing fabric and material procurement, inventory management, and logistics.
- Coordinating production schedules, managing workflows, and meeting deadlines.
- Implementing and maintaining quality standards for garments and products.
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.
- Maintaining accurate records, reports, and databases.
- Assisting with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Assisting with marketing initiatives, sales promotions, and customer engagement.
- Overseeing maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of equipment, premises, and facilities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative roles or office management. Manufacturing experience will be an added advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
NB - You may come for interview between Tuesdays and Friday between 11 am to 2pm.
