Job Summary:

Our client, a reputable company in the logistics industry, is seeking a highly skilled HR Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of human resources practices and processes. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping company culture, driving employee engagement, and ensuring HR operations align with business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and initiatives aligned with the companys goals.
  • Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and retention of top talent.
  • Manage performance appraisal processes and provide coaching for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
  • Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures.
  • Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and other compensation matters.
  • Develop and execute training and development programs to enhance employee performance.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
  • Maintain accurate HR records and reports for decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of four years of experience in Human Resource Management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience in the logistics industry is an added advantage.
