Job Summary

We are looking for a smart, creative, and organized Store Operations & Content Assistant to support daily store activities while creating engaging fashion content for our social media pages. The ideal candidate is stylish, social-media savvy, customer-friendly, and excited about fashion.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day store operations, customer service, and social media.

Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing.

Create content (photos, reels, short videos) for Instagram, TikTok, and other platforms. Assist with styling, product showcasing, and creative direction.

Respond to online enquiries and engage customers on social media.

Update product catalog, pricing, and content on digital channels.

Assist with basic inventory checks and stock arrangement.

Maintain excellent customer experience both in-store and online.

Requirements

OND/HND/BSc in any discipline.

Strong interest in fashion, content creation, and social media.

Ability to create stylish photos and videos (mobile phone proficiency).

Good communication and customer service skills.

Friendly, presentable, and well-organized.

Willingness to work physically from the store on Lagos Island.

Basic knowledge of Instagram/TikTok trends is an advantage.
