Position Overview
focusing on private real estate developments such as villas, private houses, small residential buildings (5–6 floors), and compounds with 2–5 units of terraces or villas.
Be responsible for identifying opportunities, building relationships with homeowners, contractors, and developers, and promoting our products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and target individual real estate developments, including villas, private homes, small buildings, and residential compounds.
• Conduct field visits to sites under development in Lekki 1 & 2, Ikoyi, VI, and other strategic locations.
• Build strong relationships with homeowners, developers, interior designers, and contractors.
• Conduct personal selling and presentation of products and solutions to clients.
• Maintain updated knowledge of new construction projects, ongoing developments, and potential opportunities.
• Prepare and follow up on quotations, proposals, and sales documentation.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Provide weekly activity and sales reports.
• Coordinate with the technical and operations team to ensure smooth project execution.
• Use Zoho CRM to manage leads, record activities, and track sales performance.
• Prepare weekly sales and activity reports using Microsoft Office tools.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in architecture, Interior Design, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in personal selling, preferably in building materials, interior finishes, joinery, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of Lagos real estate areas, especially Lekki 1 & 2, Ikoyi, and Victoria Island.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Presentable, confident, and well-spoken.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Must know how to drive and be willing to conduct regular field visits.
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques, customer management, and market mapping.
Preferred Attributes
• Architectural or interior design background with strong sales capability.
• Existing network within the construction, real estate, or design industry.
• Ability to identify opportunities early in a project's development cycle.
