Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist, located in Lagos State, Nigeria. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing sales and marketing strategies to meet company goals. Daily tasks will include identifying and reaching out to potential clients, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting market research, delivering presentations, and training team members on sales techniques. Additionally, the role requires monitoring market trends and optimizing strategies to drive customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and team members
  • Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a proven ability to meet sales targets
  • Experience in training and mentoring team members to enhance performance
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze market trends and make data-driven decisions
  • Educational background in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is an advantage
