Job Summary:

Responsible for tracking stock movement, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting smooth warehouse operations. Ensures stock availability, data accuracy, and compliance with company procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record and update stock transactions in the ERP system.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and reconciliations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and report shortages or excesses.
  • Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to verify stock receipts.
  • Generate and share inventory reports as required.

Requirements:

  • BSc in Business, Supply Chain, Accounting, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of inventory or warehouse experience.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., Sage, Dynamics, SAP).
  • Strong Excel and data management skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized with good communication skills.
