Job Description:

We are looking for a smart, customer-oriented, and proactive individual to join our team as a Customer Care Representative. The ideal candidate will handle customer communication, manage orders, and ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and satisfying experience with FumQuench.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and social media.
  • Handle customer orders efficiently and ensure accurate, on-time deliveries.
  • Provide detailed information about our products, offers, and delivery options.
  • Follow up with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, feedback, and transactions.
  • Collaborate with the operations and delivery teams for seamless service.
  • Uphold a positive and friendly attitude while working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of OND / HND / BSc in any relevant field.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
  • Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is an added advantage.
  • Familiarity with WhatsApp Business, Instagram, and basic CRM or order management tools.
  • Must reside within Gbagada, Yaba, Shomolu, Bariga, or nearby areas in Lagos.
