Key Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy & Planning
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans aligned with company goals.
- Define key activities, timelines, and deliverables to support customer retention and acquisition.
- Collaborate with leadership to align marketing initiatives with sales and product strategies.
Digital Marketing & Campaign Management
- Implement and manage digital campaigns across social media, email, and online platforms.
- Increase brand awareness and engagement through targeted advertising and content distribution.
- Plan and coordinate product launches and feature releases with cross-functional teams.
Performance Analysis & Optimization
- Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
- Track ROI and campaign metrics using marketing automation tools.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize outcomes.
Content Creation & Management
- Create, edit, and optimize compelling marketing content across multiple channels.
- Manage email campaigns, landing pages, blog posts, and promotional materials.
- Ensure brand consistency and messaging clarity across platforms.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Support
- Work closely with sales, product, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Provide marketing support for sales enablement and customer engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of marketing experience; prior agency experience is an advantage.
- Proven track record in planning and executing multi-channel campaigns (social media, email, digital advertising).
- Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft clear, engaging messaging.
- Demonstrated analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into strategies.
- Proficiency in marketing automation tools, MS Excel, and Google Workspace.
