Job Title: Corporate Sales Executive
Department: Sales & Business Development
Location: Lagos, Nigeria
1. Role Purpose
The Corporate Sales Executive will drive the business corporate sales strategy, building and maintaining relationships with enterprise clients, institutions, and key partners to deliver revenue growth, market share expansion, and customer retention. The role demands a highly motivated, commercially astute individual with proven success in ICT hardware, software, and solutions sales.
2. Key Responsibilities
A. Strategic Sales & Business Development
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed corporate revenue targets.
- Identify and pursue new B2B opportunities across sectors including oil & gas, banking, FMCG, telecoms, and government.
- Prepare and present tailored product and service proposals that align with client business needs.
- Manage high-value negotiations, contract closures, and renewals.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to inform strategic positioning.
B. Client Relationship Management
- Build, sustain, and grow long-term relationships with key corporate clients and decision-makers.
- Serve as primary point of contact for escalations, complex sales discussions, and partnership opportunities.
- Conduct regular client business reviews to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution.
C. Revenue & Performance Management
- Deliver on monthly, quarterly, and annual sales budgets.
- Maintain a robust and updated sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Track sales performance metrics and prepare regular management reports on revenue performance, opportunities, and forecasts.
- Collaborate with finance and operations teams to ensure accurate order processing, invoicing, and delivery.
D. Collaboration & Leadership
- Work closely with the marketing team to design campaigns and events targeted at corporate accounts.
- Collaborate with technical and product teams to tailor solutions to customer requirements.
- Coach and support junior sales staff in developing corporate accounts.
3. Key Deliverables
- Achieve assigned quarterly and annual sales revenue targets.
- Grow key corporate account base and increase customer retention rates.
- Expand product penetration across ICT solutions and enterprise services.
- Deliver accurate sales forecasts and performance reports.
4. Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related discipline (MBA an advantage).
- Minimum of 5–8 years of proven experience in corporate/enterprise sales within ICT, technology distribution, or related industry.
- Demonstrable track record of closing high-value B2B deals.
- Strong understanding of hardware, software, and IT infrastructure solutions.
- Experience managing enterprise clients across multiple sectors.

- Monthly and quarterly revenue achievement (% target).
