Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Ikeja, with opportunities for remote work. Responsibilities include developing and executing sales strategies, managing customer relationships, conducting product or service training, and achieving sales targets. The role also involves delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to overall marketing initiatives to drive business growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Sales and Sales Management
  • Ability to conduct Training and educate clients or team members
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in technology tools relevant to sales and marketing
  • Self-motivation with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is a plus
  • Knowledge of the real estate or housing industry is an advantage
