Role Overview

We are seeking a 
results-driven Marketing Specialist
 to support the growth of our brand by building strong retail partnerships, driving activations, and executing impactful marketing initiatives that increase visibility and sales.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys collaborating with partners and retailers, and is passionate about creating meaningful brand experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with retail partners and key outlets to plan and execute activations, events, and pop-ups that enhance brand visibility.
  • Source, pitch, and onboard new retail partners to expand product reach and availability.
  • Plan and implement retail marketing initiatives such as fairs, exhibitions, and community events to generate leads and drive conversions.
  • Work with complementary industries and influencers on cross-promotions and social media campaigns to widen audience reach.
  • Oversee consignment partnerships—including communication, joint promotions, and in-store activations—to improve turnover.
  • Support the planning and coordination of trade fairs, activations, and brand events.
  • Maintain a strong social media presence through high-quality content and consistent brand alignment.
  • Participate in phone outreach and marketing activities to support sales and partnership initiatives.

Expectations

  • Be present at the branch 
    2–3 times weekly
  • (partner visits, trade-fair days, retailer marketing visits count toward required days)

  • Mandatory attendance
     at major events, trade fairs, and pop-ups.
  • May be required to engage in 
    B2B marketing
     activities.
  • Actively engage with partners and internal team members to deliver on all marketing and sales objectives.
  • Provide content-creation direction for Fortunara as a whole.
  • Build and manage a 
    UGC community
    .
  • Collaborate with influencers for brand awareness and campaign execution.
