Our client is a media agency. They are looking to hire aSales Manager to drive revenue growth and lead the sales team to achieve andexceed target. Focus on B2B sales and enterprise sales skills. Responsibilities: ● Team Leadership and Development: Lead, mentor and motivate sales team to exceed target.● Client Acquisition:Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities toexpand the client base.Implementing effective sales strategies to attract and acquireforeign and local businesses.● Client Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with clientsto understand their unique hiring needs.Ensuring client satisfaction through effective communicationand problem -solving.● Sales Targets:Achieving and exceeding sales targets set by theorganization.Responsible for appropriate follow up, qualification andresponsiveness to inbound inquiries for the Enterprise.● Sales Expertise:In -depth knowledge of sales processes, negotiation, andclient acquisition.Ability to understand and respond to the unique needs ofclients in the tech industry. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing or any related field.Minimum of 4 years of experience in proven track record in B2B and B2C sales, particularly in the media sector. Familiarity with CRM tools (Hubspot and ZohoCRM) and lead generation toolsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Track record of leading a team.​Sales Skills Required: Research, Prospecting, Lead Generation, Appointment Booking, Pitching, cold calling. BenefitsSalary: N300,000 per month with 5% commission.Work Mode: Hybrid
