The Social Media & Content Specialist is role responsible for managing Belema's social media presence and acting as the primary writer and content strategist for technical and product-focused marketing assets. This specialist must possess a deep, working knowledge of the financial technology ecosystem to effectively engage developers, merchants, and industry partners through both short-form social content and longer-form written materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Technical Content Creation:
    Develop and write contents that clearly explains Belema FinTech products, such as the architecture and benefits of our Payment Gateway, the utility and security of Virtual Accounts, the efficiency of our payment Switches for social media channels, etc.
  • Blog and Article Development:
    Research, write, and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, case studies, and technical articles, to support SEO, thought leadership, and lead generation efforts.
  • Social Strategy & Execution:
    Define, plan, and execute the daily social media calendar across LinkedIn, X (Twitter), and other relevant platforms, ensuring the content mix resonates with technical and business audiences.
  • Industry Expertise & Tone:
    Establish Belema as a thought leader by creating content that analyzes market trends, regulatory changes, and technical developments in the payment landscape. Ensure the brand voice is authoritative, trustworthy, and technically precise.
  • Developer and Merchant Engagement:
    Engage directly with developers and technical users in online communities. Answer technical queries related to API documentation and product functionality, and escalate high-level support issues swiftly to the appropriate Engineering teams.
  • Compliance and Risk Management:
    Work closely with Compliance and Legal teams to ensure all social media and written content regarding financial services, security, and transaction reliability adheres strictly to regulatory guidelines.
  • Performance Analysis:
    Track and report on social media KPIs and content performance, focusing heavily on lead generation, website traffic quality, and sentiment analysis related to core technical products.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Experience:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing or social media management, with a mandatory focus on the FinTech, Payment, or B2B Technology industries.
  • Technical Knowledge:
    Proven, demonstrable understanding of key FinTech infrastructure components, including Payment Gateways, Virtual Accounts, Card Processing Switches, and APIs (REST/SOAP).
  • Content Skills:
    Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts (e.g., encryption methods, latency optimization) into digestible and engaging social content and longer-form articles. Basic graphic design and short-form video production skills are a plus.
  • Soft Skills:
    High level of professionalism, analytical aptitude, and the ability to operate independently in a high-growth environment.
  • Education:
    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related technical field.
