Role Description
This is a full-time role for a Social Media Ads Specialist, based on-site in Lagos. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing social media advertising campaigns across various platforms to maximize engagement and ROI. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing ad strategies, analyzing campaign performance metrics, and creating compelling ad content tailored to the audience. Collaboration with the marketing and creative teams to align campaigns with overall business goals is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation
- Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing and general Marketing strategies
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and content alignment
- Experience with analytical tools to measure campaign performance and optimize results
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Experience in paid social media ad platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, or similar
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field is preferred
