Job Title: Marketing Officer

Location: Lekki, Lagos

Industry: Interior Design / Construction

Salary: ₦300,000 Gross + Sales Commission

Job Type: Full-Time (Onsite)

Reports To: Managing Director & General Manager

Overview:

The Marketing Officer will develop and implement strategies to promote the company's interior products — including security doors and wood joinery — to increase brand awareness and sales. The role requires creativity, field marketing experience, and strong collaboration with the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote the company's products.

Identify target markets and customer segments.

Plan and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and event channels.

Monitor market trends and competitor activities.

Visit building sites and showrooms to promote products and gather client feedback.

Support the sales team with marketing materials, presentations, and leads.

Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners.

Organize and attend exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional events.

Manage the marketing budget and report on ROI.

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum of 3 years of field marketing experience (preferably in construction or interior design).

Strong understanding of marketing principles and campaign management.

Excellent communication, creativity, and analytical skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital marketing tools.

Personal Qualities:

Good time management and organizational skills.

Integrity, accountability, and reliability.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and adaptability.
