Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Lagos for the position of Group Human Resources Manager. The role involves overseeing human resources strategies while aligning them with the company's objectives. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and talent acquisition, ensuring regulatory compliance, handling employee relations, and fostering organizational development. The Group HR Manager will also drive initiatives related to performance management, learning and development, succession planning, and employee engagement, ensuring a productive and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of Human Resources Management, including Recruitment & Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, and Organizational Development.
  • Experience in Performance Management, Learning & Development, and Succession Planning.
  • Proficiency in HR regulatory compliance, policy implementation, and workplace diversity and inclusion practices.
  • Demonstrated ability to foster a positive organizational culture and drive employee engagement initiatives.
  • Proven leadership, strategic thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. A master's degree or professional HR certifications (e.g., CIPM, SHRM) are advantageous.
  • Familiarity with HR operations in a multi-industry environment is a plus.
