BluePrint is working with a global company in their search for a Human Resource Generalist on a One Year Fixed Term Contract. 

The HR Business Partner will lead the local HR team to provide HR expertise, best practices as well as solutions and support in their recruitment initiatives. This individual will also be instrumental in developing, managing, coordinating, and administrating programs and projects.

This is just a few key point responsibilities for the Human Resource Generalist

Creates and implements initiatives in line with the HR strategyImplement, monitor, and sustain global and local HR processes, Guidelines, policies, and projects in alignment with the HR Corporate and Plant ManagersEnsure and implement effective people management processes (i.e., recruitment, training, leadership development, succession planning, organizational development, compensation, payroll, and HR controlling)Supports the implementation of short, mid, and long-term plans for HR activities in agreement with the Sr. HR Manager, HR Corporate and Plant Managers. Basic Qualifications & RequirementsFluent in Swahili5+ years of Human Resource experienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Experience.HR ADP, SAPknowledge of Manufacturing environments, a plus
