Job Summary
:

We are looking for driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to promote our services to potential clients, build strong relationships, and drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and cold calling
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and product showcases to prospective clients
  • Negotiate and close sales deals, meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly targets
  • Collaborate with our design team to develop and implement sales strategies
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1-2 years of sales/marketing experience, preferably in interior design
  • Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems
  • Demonstrable track record of over-achieving quota
