We are now expanding our in-house creative team and looking for a Videographer who will help bring our ideas and artist concepts to life through compelling visual storytelling.

Job Description

As our in-house Videographer, you will be responsible for producing a set number of videos every month based on pre-approved creative concepts from our archive. Your work will be featured across Santabella Music Empire's digital platforms and may also support related creative projects under the Santabella Group.

You will work closely with our creative and artist development teams to capture, shoot, and edit engaging visual content that enhances our artists' brand presence and supports upcoming releases.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality videos according to creative briefs and concepts provided.
• Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS), promotional, lifestyle, and studio content.
• Edit and deliver completed videos in line with the agreed monthly schedule.
• Ensure visual consistency and storytelling that aligns with Santabella's brand identity.
• Manage and maintain all video equipment (camera, lighting, sound gear, etc.).
• Collaborate with the creative team to improve shot ideas and video direction.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a videographer, preferably within the music or entertainment industry.
• Strong knowledge of video cameras, lighting setups, and editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.).
• Creative eye for detail, composition, and storytelling.
• Ability to meet deadlines and deliver multiple projects monthly.
• Reliable, organized, and open to direction.
• Portfolio or showreel of past work required.
