Are you a visionary Marketing Manager with a strong background in sales strategy,real estate marketing, team leadership, and business development? Do you have experience overseeing high-performing marketing and sales teams in real estate or network marketing-driven industries?

Pella Group, a fast-growing multi-brand organization with core interests in real estate, construction, and cooperative investments, is looking for a Marketing Manager to lead and oversee all marketing and sales operations across the group. You will be responsible for supervising the Business Development Manager and ensuring alignment between company objectives, team efforts, and market trends.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Design and implement a robust group-wide marketing and sales strategy.

Supervise and coordinate the activities of the Business Development Manager and the wider sales team.

Provide strategic leadership across all marketing functions (offline and digital).

Drive brand positioning, campaign execution, and lead generation efforts across all subsidiaries.

Oversee recruitment, training, and performance of marketing and sales staff.

Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing ROI and sales conversions.

Establish partnerships, collaborations, and new business pipelines.

Report directly to executive leadership with regular updates on targets, campaigns, and progress.

REQUIREMENTS:

7+ years of hands-on experience in marketing management, preferably in real estate or network marketing environments.

Demonstrated ability to manage and inspire teams to achieve revenue targets.

Deep understanding of network marketing models (experience with brands like PWAN, Forever Living, Longrich, Oriflame, etc. is an advantage).

Strong digital marketing acumen – from social media to lead funnels.

Strategic thinker with strong organizational and decision-making skills.

Must be able to work on-site or travel regularly to Lekki, Lagos.
