We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphics Designer / Video Editor to join our growing team. If you're passionate about crafting visually compelling stories and translating complex ideas into simple, beautiful visuals, we'd love to meet you.

What You'll Do

  • Conceptualize and create visuals that align with Opendashboard's brand and messaging.
  • Design high-quality graphics and videos for marketing campaigns, product demos, tutorials, and user guides.
  • Produce engaging animations and motion graphics to showcase product features and enhance user experience.
  • Record and edit video tutorials and walkthroughs highlighting Opendashboard's capabilities.
  • Collaborate with the marketing, product, and development teams to ensure consistent brand visuals across all channels.
  • Develop visual assets for product modules such as AI, CRM, Docs, Wikis, Projects, Reports, Forms, and Sites.
  • Create infographics and data visualizations that communicate product value across different business use cases (Sales, Marketing, HR, Operations, etc.).
  • Design user interface elements and contribute to UI/UX discussions that improve the platform's visual appeal and usability.

What You'll Bring

  • 2+ years of professional experience in graphic design and video editing.
  • Proficiency with design and video tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, etc.) or equivalent.
  • A good understanding of UI/UX principles for web and mobile interfaces.
  • Experience creating infographics, explainer videos, or product visualizations.
  • Strong visual storytelling skills — able to turn complex features into clear, engaging content.
  • Excellent time management and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • A portfolio showcasing your best design, video, and motion work (required).

Nice to Have

  • Experience designing for SaaS or business productivity tools.
  • Familiarity with design systems and maintaining brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of prototyping tools like Figma, XD, or Sketch.
  • Experience with 3D or motion design is a plus.
