Purpose

Drive all hotel entertainment and engagement activities to increase footfall, guest satisfaction, and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute weekly entertainment programs such as live bands, karaoke nights, themed evenings, and special events.
  • Maintain a rolling entertainment calendar that keeps guests and external visitors anticipating the next activity.
  • Source, screen, and contract upcoming artists, DJs, comedians, and special appearance acts.
  • Build and manage relationships with talent agencies, entertainment vendors, and creative partners.
  • Oversee event logistics, staging, sound, lighting, and performance flow.
  • Coordinate with F&B, Marketing, Front Office, and Security to deliver smooth event operations.
  • Track attendance, revenue impact, guest feedback, and event ROI.
  • Ensure brand-aligned entertainment content that fits the hotel's ambience and target audience.
  • Maintain compliance with local entertainment regulations and licensing requirements.
  • Develop new concepts that differentiate the hotel from competitors.

Requirements

  • Experience in hospitality entertainment or event management.
  • Strong network within the creative and entertainment industry.
  • Ability to plan fast, negotiate, and manage multiple programs.
  • Good understanding of guest behavior and commercial impact.
  • Excellent coordination and vendor-management skills.
