Role Description

Strengthen brand trust and engagement by managing conversations, feedback systems, and digital interactions. You will also coordinate and oversee all Sabi Manager Academy Courses, track submissions, manage participants, and provide weekly updates to the Team Lead, ensuring the learning experience runs smoothly and professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to comments, DMs, inquiries, and FAQs.

  • Track customer behavior, engagement patterns, and feedback.

  • Support online events and community-building activities.

  • Manage all academy course submissions and communications.

  • Generate course participation updates and insights.

  • Ensure a friendly, organised brand presence across touchpoints.

  • Organized and capable of managing learning systems.

  • Interest in customer experience and community dynamics.
