Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Project Engineering: Support the planning, execution, and delivery of fabrication and construction projects, ensuring technical specifications are met
  • Proposal Development: Lead the preparation and submission of technical and commercial proposals, tender documents, and bids
  • Client Engagement: Work with the Business Development team to understand client needs and translate them into actionable project plans and compelling service offerings.
  • Marketing Material: Develop high-quality marketing content, including capability statements, project profiles, and presentations that showcase the company's yard facilities and successful project history.
  • Technical Liaison: Act as a bridge between the client's technical team and our internal fabrication/operations team.
  • Support HSE compliance and quality assurance processes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Marine, or related Engineering field
  • 2–5 years of experience in fabrication, engineering services, oil & gas, or EPC projects.
  • Strong understanding of welding, steel structures, pipelines, and fabrication processes.
  • Ability to interpret engineering drawings and prepare cost estimates.
  • Good communication, presentation, and marketing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools is an added advantage.
  • Must be COREN registered.
