Junior Power Systems Engineer
with 3-4 years of hands-on experience in the field to join our team.

Junior Power Systems Engineer

Location: Lagos (Hybrid)

Key Responsibilities

Assist Power Systems Engineers and Project Engineers in
solar and battery backup installations

Conduct
site inspections
with
minimal to zero supervision

Ensure
quality assurance
and compliance with project specifications

Support in
system design, layout, and commissioning

Troubleshoot and resolve
technical issues
on-site

Maintain accurate
project documentation and reports

What We're Looking For


Degree
in
Electrical Engineering, major in Power.


3+ years
of relevant experience in
renewable energy (solar & battery backup installations)

Strong knowledge of
solar PV systems, inverters, and energy storage solutions

Ability to
interpret electrical schematics
and perform system diagnostics

Hands-on experience in
fieldwork, site assessments, and installation support

Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work
independently

Work Structure & Compensation


Salary:
₦120,000 Gross Monthly


Transportation Stipend:
Provided
only when on projects


Work Mode:

  • On-site at project locations
    (when assigned), and at the Corporate office once weekly for meetings & trainings
  • Remote work
    on non-project days only
  • Annually Salary Review (guaranteed only by employee performance and business performance)
  • Year-end performance Bonus (Tailored to business performance for the financial year)
