Position: Project Director (FTTH)

General Description

The FTTH Project Director oversees the complete delivery and successful execution of Fiber-to-the-Home (FTTH) and FTTX projects, ensuring full compliance with timelines, quality benchmarks, budgets, and material management requirements. The role entails strategic planning, team structuring, and leadership of multidisciplinary project teams to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction. The Project Director manages all project stages—from initiation through final acceptance—while coordinating closely with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure seamless implementation and handover. The position also involves strengthening client relationships, championing continuous improvement, and upholding superior service delivery standards.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-end delivery of FTTX project, accountable for project schedule, quality, cost, materials, and final acceptance.
  • Team planning, formation, and management.
  • Maintain and expand client relationships to ensure continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Extensive experience in FTTX and Home Connection project execution.
  • Experienced in team management.
  • Professional working proficiency in English.
