The Role

We are seeking an Content Strategist/Manager who embodies leadership and extreme ownership. This is not a role for box-tickers. Reporting to the Head of Smooth Operations, you will be the architect of our content future, given the autonomy to build, execute, and iterate remotely. You will fuse advanced AI tools with timeless storytelling principles to create content that is not only engaging but also deeply rooted in verifiable data and perfectly aligned with our mission.

Your mandate is to take complete ownership of the content function, driving strategy and execution to establish Leoserve as an undeniable thought leader. If you are a builder who gets things done, this is your opportunity to make a massive impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Pioneer AI-Powered Content: Take full ownership of our AI content stack to create a diverse range of high-impact resources. You will heavily utilize and innovate with tools (e.g., Veo3, Claude, Midjourney, Gemini, Jasper, Kling) for the ideation, drafting, and optimization of:
• Thought Leadership: In-depth blog posts, articles, white papers, and e-books that establish our authority.
• Social Proof: Compelling case studies and testimonials that showcase customer success.
• Engagement: Engaging social media content, video scripts, and email newsletters that build our community.
• Conversion: High-performing web copy, landing pages, and ad copy that drives action.
• Sales Enablement: Persuasive sales decks, one-pagers, and battle cards that empower our sales team.
• Execute with Strategic Storytelling: Develop and rapidly deploy content built on proven storytelling frameworks (e.g., The Hero's Journey, Problem-Agitate-Solve). Your bias will be towards action—shipping V1, gathering feedback, and iterating.
• Champion Data-Driven Narratives: Ensure every piece of content is built upon a foundation of verifiable research and credible data. You will be responsible for sourcing, interpreting, and citing data to build unwavering trust and authority.
• Embody the Brand Voice: Act as the guardian of the Leoserve voice. You will strategically weave our mission and values into all content, ensuring every word speaks to everything we stand for.
• Drive & Iterate: Develop content, analyze its performance with a critical eye, and use the data to inform the next iteration. You will move fast, learn faster, and never compromise on quality

Requirements

Who You Are

• A Proven Performer: You have 3-5+ years of experience in content strategy or marketing, with a portfolio that shows you don't just create content—you get results.
• An Owner & A Leader: You have a "get things done" mentality and demonstrate extreme ownership. You see projects through from idea to impact, taking full responsibility for the outcome. You lead by doing.
• AI-Fluent: You are an expert user of generative AI content tools and are obsessed with prompt engineering and finding more efficient, higher-quality workflows.
• Scrappy & Action-Oriented: You thrive in a fast-paced environment where scrappy execution is valued over detailed planning. You believe in shipping the MVP and iterating on the fly.
