Hiring: Senior Flutter Developer

Work Mode: Hybrid | Location: Ikoyi, Lagos

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Flutter Developer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate has extensive experience building scalable, high-performance mobile applications using Flutter, a deep understanding of modern Dart, and a strong grasp of mobile architecture. You will play a key role in shaping our mobile products from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and maintain advanced Flutter applications for Android and iOS.

* Architect robust, scalable, and secure mobile applications from scratch or improve existing solutions.

* Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to define, design, and ship new features.

* Write clean, maintainable, and testable code with strong emphasis on quality and performance.

* Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce mobile development best practices.

* Integrate RESTful APIs, third-party SDKs, and other data sources.

* Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness.

* Stay up to date with the latest Flutter updates, mobile development trends, and tools.

* Participate in sprint planning, estimation, and agile development cycles.

Required Qualifications:

* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

* 4+ years of professional mobile development experience.

* 2+ years hands-on experience with Flutter and Dart.

* Strong knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns (MVC, MVVM, BLoC), and state management solutions (Provider, Riverpod, Bloc, etc.).

* Experience publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

* Familiarity with native development (Swift/Objective-C for iOS, Kotlin/Java for Android) is a plus.

* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and mobile testing frameworks.

* Excellent problem-solving skills; able to work independently or in a team.

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience with Firebase, GraphQL, or similar backends.

* Familiarity with app analytics, crash reporting, and performance monitoring tools.

* Contributions to open-source projects or personal app portfolio.

* Prior experience in agile/Scrum environments.
