Job Title: Sales Attendant

Reports To: Business Centre Manager

Location: Alapere, Ketu, Lagos

The Sales Attendant is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, handling sales transactions, maintaining records, and ensuring the smooth operation of business centre services such as printing, photocopying, internet access, and office supplies sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and attend to customers in a professional manner.

Process sales transactions (cash, POS, transfers) and issue receipts.

Promote and explain available services and products to customers.

Operate and maintain office machines (printers, copiers, scanners, laminators, etc.).

Keep daily records of sales and prepare simple reports.

Monitor stock levels, restock shelves, and notify the Manager when supplies are low.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalate unresolved issues when necessary.

Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of SSCE/OND.

Prior experience in sales or customer service (preferred but not compulsory).

Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, internet use).

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail.

Trustworthy and reliable with good record-keeping ability.

Working Conditions:

Full-time (with possible weekend shifts depending on business needs).

Work is carried out in a business centre environment with frequent customer interaction.
