Role Overview

  • The Email Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, creating, and executing email campaigns that promote Dekina Beauty's products, offers, and seasonal collections.
  • You'll craft compelling content that captures attention, builds trust, and drives conversionsfrom welcome emails to beauty tips, newsletters, and exclusive offers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement email marketing strategies aligned with Dekina Beauty's brand voice and marketing goals.
  • Write engaging, on-brand email copy and subject lines that improve open and click-through rates.
  • Design and schedule email campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, or similar platforms.
  • Segment email lists to deliver personalized and targeted messages.
  • Collaborate with the content, design, and social media teams to ensure consistent brand messaging across channels.
  • Analyze email performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversion, unsubscribe) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
  • Conduct A/B tests on subject lines, copy, and visuals to maximize engagement.
  • Manage customer retention and re-engagement campaigns.
  • Stay updated on email marketing trends, automation tools, and best practices in the beauty industry.

Requirements

  • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2 years of proven experience as an Email Marketing Specialist, preferably in the beauty, lifestyle, or fashion industry.
  • Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a flair for engaging, feminine, and persuasive language.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ConvertKit).
  • Basic understanding of design tools (e.g., Canva, Figma) is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret metrics and drive strategy from data.
  • Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality campaigns on time.
