About This Opportunity: We are looking for digital marketing and social media marketing Interns to join our media team at BTO Academy to gain practical experience in digital and social media marketing campaigns. This internship is designed to help interns become international standard social media managers with international standard skills through intensive and hands-on training and real-life projects. Interns will work on real-world projects, which includes promoting the BTO's brand and its initiative across all social media platforms. As the interns grow in skills, the BTO Brand can secure projects and gigs that will be outsourced to interns, providing them with additional experience and income while still under training. Interns will also have opportunities to be outsourced to other companies over time as they grow in competence.

Job Responsibilities:

Participate in social media marketing and management training.

Participate in the BTO Brand Digital Marketing Campaigns

Create and distribute content across six social media platforms.

Develop and work on video content and podcasts.

Conduct personal branding research and apply strategies.

Work on real projects to expand skills and portfolios.

Promote BTO brand services and personal brand activities.

Receive mentorship and career development support.

Requirements:

Strong passion for social media management, marketing and digital marketing

Commitment to building a career in Social Media Management, marketing and digital marketing.

Must own a laptop and have steady power and internet connection

Ability to actively participate in training and assigned projects.
