Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Executive based in Lagos. The role involves driving sales and revenue growth through strategic marketing initiatives and relationship-building efforts. Responsibilities include conducting market research, assessing client needs, planning and executing marketing campaigns, fostering relationships with potential and existing clients, and handling communication initiatives to promote services effectively. The Sales and Marketing Executive will also collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement creative and business growth strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Market Planning and Market Research for identifying trends and opportunities.
  • Proven experience in Sales and Marketing, with the ability to drive business goals effectively.
  • Exceptional Communication skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and exhibit excellent customer relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience in the financial services industry is an advantage.
