Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media / Employer Branding Consultant to develop and execute strategies that highlight our organization as an excellent place to work. The ideal candidate will be skilled in content creation, storytelling, and social media management to enhance our brand presence across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

* Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to strengthen the employer brand.

* Create, curate, and publish engaging content (videos, reels, posts, graphics) for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Twitter, and other platforms.

* Monitor social media channels, engage with followers, and manage online communities to foster positive brand interaction.

* Track and analyze performance metrics such as reach, engagement, and follower growth, and generate actionable insights.

* Collaborate with internal teams, influencers, and brand ambassadors to drive consistent messaging and visibility.

* Stay updated on social media trends and propose innovative ideas to enhance brand relevance.

* Ensure all content and campaigns adhere to brand guidelines and communication standards.

* Experience in large organizations or multinationals is an added advantage.

* Strong skills in content creation, video editing (using mobile devices), and graphic design are required.

* Excellent research, storytelling, and communication skills.
