Job Summary

The Social Media & Community Manager at Tuteria will be responsible for building, nurturing, and managing the company's online and offline presence across multiple platforms. This includes planning and executing content calendars to ensure consistent posting, tagging, and engagement that reflect Tuteria's brand identity. 

The role involves fostering meaningful interactions with learners, parents, tutors, and stakeholders to grow a loyal and vibrant community. The ideal candidate monitors trends, tracks performance metrics, and optimise strategies to increase reach and engagement. Beyond content management, the ideal candidate will serve as the voice of Tuteria online, driving conversations that strengthen brand awareness, trust, and long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Content Scheduling & Posting

  • Plan, schedule, and post content consistently across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, X).
  • Ensure captions, hashtags, and tags are optimised for reach and engagement.
  • Maintain a consistent posting calendar aligned with campaigns and goals.

Community Engagement

  • Respond to comments, messages, and mentions promptly and professionally.
  • Build conversations and relationships with followers, tutors, and learners.
  • Monitor online sentiment and feedback about Tuteria.

Campaign Support & Collaboration

  • Work closely with content creators, designers, and video editors to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.
  • Support influencer collaborations and brand ambassador initiatives.
  • Contribute ideas for creative engagement campaigns, challenges, and trends.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Track social media performance metrics (reach, impressions, engagement rates, follower growth).
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports on social media insights.
  • Use data to refine strategies and improve engagement.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years managing social media for a brand or organisation.
  • Strong knowledge of platform algorithms, trends, and best practices.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in social media analytics tools.
