Job Overview:
We are seeking an organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
Program Administrator
to support the successful delivery of Ziti's Salesforce and AI Academy programs.
This role is central to ensuring that every stage of the training lifecycle—
pre-program preparation, program delivery, and post-program close-out
—runs efficiently, smoothly, and to a high standard.
The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, highly organized, tech-savvy, and passionate about supporting learners and instructors. You thrive in fast-moving environments, enjoy coordinating multiple tasks, and take pride in creating seamless learner experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Coordination & Administration
: Oversees the full planning and logistics of Salesforce and AI Academy programs, manages program schedules and timelines, coordinates onboarding for learners and instructors, prepares training materials and documentation, and sets up digital tools, learning platforms, and CRM records for each cohort.
Delivery Support & Operations:
Provides real-time administrative support during live sessions, tracks learner attendance and engagement, maintains updated program documentation and reports, manages communication channels across email and collaboration platforms, and supports the Program Manager in monitoring program quality and instructor coordination.
Learner Experience & Community Engagement:
Acts as the primary point of contact for learners, ensuring timely support and guidance, fosters a collaborative community through structured communication, assists in organizing community and alumni activities, and supports marketing efforts with learner communications and program promotions.
Post-training & Continuous Improvement:
Handles graduation activities, certificate issuance, learner surveys, and reporting, maintains accurate learner records and performance data, reviews learner feedback to support program improvements, and contributes to refining administrative processes for efficiency and scale.
**Qualifications & Experience
Essential:**
-4+ years' experience in program administration, operations, office management, or project support
Strong organization and coordination skills with excellent attention to detail
-Familiarity with digital tools, CRMs, LMS platforms, spreadsheets, and AI tools
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills
-Ability to multitask and manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Highly Desirable:
-Experience supporting training program, bootcamps, edtech operations, or cohort-based learning
-Interest in the African tech ecosystem
-Familiarity with Salesforce, AI tools, or low-code/no-code systems
-Experience working remotely with distributed teams
