Role Description

This is a volunteer remote role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing the HR department and ensuring the company's HR policies align with its goals and objectives. Day-to-day tasks include recruiting, hiring, onboarding new employees, and managing employee relations. Additionally, this role involves developing and implementing HR policies, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

  • Employee Relations and Performance Management skills
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage a remote HR team
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in digital marketing or copywriting is a plus
