Human Resource Manager

The Human Resources Manager will provide strategic and operational leadership across all core areas of human resource management. The role is responsible for developing and executing people-focused initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness, enhance performance, and promote a culture of accountability and excellence. The ideal candidate will be well-versed in all HR functions ensuring that the and fostering an engaging and productive workplace. HR function serves as a critical enabler of business growth. This position requires a proactive professional capable of building strong relationships across teams, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.
Qualification:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, or equivalent) is required.
- 5–7 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong background in Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Organizational Structure, and Compliance.
- Experience in the automobile or related industry is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Excellent knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- High attention to detail and professional discretion.
- Strong sense of ethics, confidentiality, and accountability.

Pay: From ₦700,000.00 per month
