The Role

The Director of Projects is a senior leadership position that combines strategic oversight with hands-on project delivery. You will manage not less than 10 or more complex projects at once without compromising quality, lead cross-functional teams, guide client relationships, and ensure all projects align with business goals while maintaining efficiency and creativity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver multiple complex projects on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Turn business goals into a clear project portfolio strategy that drives growth and client success.
  • Track KPIs, manage budgets and forecasts, and maintain portfolio dashboards.
  • Build scalable processes, manage risks and resources, and drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with clients to strengthen relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Mentor and inspire project managers, coordinators, and specialists to deliver their best work.

What We're Looking For

  • 7–10 years of leadership in project/program management (events, experiential, or creative industries preferred).
  • Proven success managing large, high-pressure projects with excellent results.
  • Expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies and tools like Teamwork.
  • Strong financial and analytical skills in managing budgets, KPIs, and reporting.
  • A motivating leader who drives accountability, builds team capacity, and connects execution to strategy.
  • Excellent client-facing and problem-solving skills with the ability to anticipate issues and adapt quickly.
