Job Summary

We are seeking to hire a Quality Control Officer to ensure all garments and linens meet the company's high standards for cleanliness, finishing, and presentation before delivery to clients. The ideal candidate will have an eye for detail, excellent organizational skills, and a strong commitment to quality service.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Inspect finished laundry and dry-cleaning items for stains, damages, and proper finishing.
  • Ensure all garments are properly tagged and packaged before dispatch.
  • Monitor laundry processes to maintain consistent quality and hygiene standards.
  • Report any recurring issues or equipment malfunctions to management.
  • Train staff on quality procedures and best practices.
  • Maintain records of quality checks and feedback for process improvement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of SSCE; additional training in quality control or a related field is an advantage.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years' experience in a laundry, hospitality, or cleaning business.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work under minimal supervision and meet deadlines.
