Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Labor Manager based in Lagos. The Labor Manager will oversee operational quality control, manage laboratory processes, and ensure the effective use of equipment to maintain standards. Additional responsibilities will include supervising analytical tasks, supporting R&D initiatives, and coordinating team efforts to implement projects efficiently and effectively. The role requires adherence to regulatory compliance and quality frameworks while fostering continuous improvement within the organization.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Quality Control and Laboratory Skills
  • Experience with Laboratory Equipment and Analytical Skills
  • Understanding of Research and Development (R&D) processes
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulatory compliance
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific or technical field
  • Experience in the hospitality or service industry is a plus
