Panar Group, one of Nigeria's leading plastics manufacturing companies, is looking for a hands-on, experienced HR professional to join our growing HR team.

With over four decades of excellence and a workforce of 500+ employees, we're looking for someone who knows how to manage the realities of factory operations and labor management — not just policies on paper. This role calls for someone decisive, proactive, and solution-oriented, who thrives in a fast-paced, people-driven environment.

What You'll Do


• Support the Head of HR in day-to-day HR operations across manufacturing sites.


• Manage recruitment, onboarding, and performance management for factory and administrative staff.


• Handle employee relations, grievances, and conflict resolution with fairness and confidence.


• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR best practices.


• Drive engagement and retention initiatives that strengthen workforce morale and productivity.


• Work closely with line managers to solve operational and personnel challenges quickly and effectively.

What We're Looking For


• 10+ years of HR experience, including significant experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.


• Proven track record managing a workforce of at least 500 people.


• Strong working knowledge of labor law, compliance, and employee relations.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — approachable but firm.


• A problem solver and doer, not just a policy enforcer.


• Someone who enjoys being on the factory floor as much as in the office.
