Job SummaryThe Senior Sales Representative will oversee end-to-end sales activities from client acquisition and relationship management to ensuring smooth order processing through QuickBooks. The ideal candidate is a results-driven professional with excellent communication skills, retail experience, and the ability to market to both individuals and corporations.

Responsibilities:
- Drive sales and meet monthly/quarterly targets across all TTDALK product lines.
- Manage customer relationships and provide exceptional client experiences to both walk-in and online customers.
- Record all sales transactions and generate reports using QuickBooks.
- Develop and implement creative marketing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Collaborate with the Brand Communication and Creative teams to align sales campaigns with ongoing brand initiatives.
- Provide feedback and insights on product trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity.
- Maintain accurate records of customer data, sales performance, and inventory levels.
- Assist in merchandising, stock organization, and visual presentation of products in-store.
- Lead and motivate junior sales staff, if applicable.
- Participate in product training and contribute ideas to improve overall sales performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3–5 years experience in sales, preferably within a fashion, lifestyle, or luxury retail brand.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and basic accounting or inventory management.
- Strong understanding of sales strategy, lead conversion, and customer engagement.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Strong sense of style and product knowledge within the luxury or lifestyle industry.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain professionalism at all times.
- Must be punctual, goal-oriented, and proactive.
- Must be willing to work Monday to Saturday, with two (2) days off monthly.
