Location: Lagos Island

MetroHealth HMO is seeking a highly skilled and proactive IT Administrator to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining our organization's IT infrastructure, ensuring system reliability, security, and efficiency across all departments.

Key Responsibilities


• Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot all IT systems, networks, and hardware.


• Oversee system upgrades, software installations, and configuration.


• Ensure data security through proper access controls, backups, and cybersecurity best practices.


• Provide technical support to staff and act as the primary point of contact for IT-related issues.


• Monitor system performance and recommend improvements.


• Maintain accurate documentation for IT processes, assets, and configurations.


• Liaise with vendors and service providers to ensure optimal service delivery.

Qualifications & Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.


• Minimum of 2–4 years experience in an IT support or IT administration role.


• Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux systems, networks, and server administration.


• Experience with firewalls, antivirus solutions, and cybersecurity protocols.


• Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues.


• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.


• Professional certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA Security+, Microsoft certifications) are an added advantage.
