Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Lagos for a Hotel General Manager. The Hotel General Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring excellence in guest satisfaction and operational efficiency. Responsibilities include managing staff, optimizing budgets, overseeing food and beverage services, and maintaining high levels of customer service. The role also involves developing strategies to increase profitability, supervising business operations, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Strong skills in General Management and Business Management to oversee operations and lead teams effectively.
  • Proven expertise in Customer Service to ensure exceptional guest experiences and satisfaction.
  • Experience in Budgeting and financial planning to manage hotel financials and achieve profitability targets.
  • Knowledge of Food & Beverage operations to maintain high-quality dining experiences.
  • Leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Previous experience in hotel or hospitality management is required.
  • Degree or diploma in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
