Role Description

This is a full-time Sales and Marketing Representative role based on-site in Lagos. The representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales goals. The role entails promoting products and services, implementing marketing strategies, conducting sales presentations, and providing excellent customer service. Additionally, the representative will participate in sales training sessions and assist in other sales and marketing initiatives as required by the organization.

Qualifications

  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage with clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Marketing strategies and techniques to identify opportunities and achieve sales objectives.
  • Ability to conduct Training and mentoring for continuous development and improvement of sales techniques.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, and an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets is an advantage.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
