About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented Automobile Repair and

Maintenance Sales Representative to join our growing team in Lekki, Lagos. The ideal

candidate will be responsible for driving sales of auto repair and maintenance services,

building strong customer relationships, and ensuring client satisfaction through excellent

service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

● Promote and sell automobile repair and maintenance services to new and existing customers.

● Identify potential clients through cold calls, referrals, and networking within the Lekki and Lagos area.

● Understand customers' automotive needs and recommend suitable maintenance or repair solutions.

● Prepare and present quotations, negotiate contracts, and close sales deals.

● Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular performance reports to management.

● Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth scheduling and quality delivery of services.

● Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

● Stay updated on automotive service trends, pricing, and competitors in the local market.

Requirements

● HND/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.

● Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the automobile or service industry.

● Strong understanding of automotive repair and maintenance services is an advantage.

● Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

● Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.

● Must reside in or around Lekki, Lagos.
