We're hiring for a full-time
Retail Development Manager
to lead and manage our frontline sales force. This role, based in

As a Retail Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind recruiting, training, and managing a high-performing sales team. You'll play a strategic leadership role in delivering sales targets and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and Lead
: Identify, onboard, and manage Financial Advisors across your assigned region.
•
Train and Coach
: Deliver onboarding and ongoing training sessions on insurance sales, customer relationship management, and product knowledge.

Drive Sales
: Strategize with the Area Sales Manager and Regional Coordinator to drive life and general insurance product sales.
•
Monitor Performance
: Analyze team performance, generate reports, and provide feedback to improve productivity.
•
Ensure Product Mastery
: Guide your team to effectively sell Life Insurance, General Insurance, Annuities, Investment-linked, and Protection plans.

Customer Relationship Management
: Promote customer-centric sales practices to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree (BSc) or Higher National Diploma (HND) in any relevant field.
• Minimum of
2 years' experience
in insurance sales or financial services.
• Strong leadership skills and experience managing a sales team.
• Excellent communication, mentorship, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and digital sales platforms.
• Solid understanding of insurance products, financial planning, and retirement solutions.
• Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach and result-driven attitude.
