Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and results-driven Marketing Executive to develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, boost revenue, and strengthen brand visibility. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify and convert leads within the food and FMCG market.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase customer base and sales volume.

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and market segments for growth.

* Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, distributors, and retailers.

* Conduct market research to understand customer needs, market trends, and competitor activities.

* Collaborate with management to create promotional campaigns and marketing materials.

* Meet and exceed sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

* Provide periodic reports and insights on marketing performance and market developments.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

* Minimum of **2–3 years proven experience in sales or marketing**, preferably within the FMCG, food, or meat distribution industry.

* Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. * Goal-oriented, persuasive, and able to work with minimal supervision.

* Proficiency in MS Office and basic digital marketing tools is an advantage.
