We are seeking to recruit young, intelligent, and dedicated individuals who are self-motivated to join our Marketing Management & Marketing Operations Trainee Program.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

A typical day on the job will involve.

* Engage in solving real-life business challenges and participate in daily operations, meetings, and projects.

* Learn and observe from experienced staff members, gaining knowledge of company policies, protocols, and processes.

* Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns

* Contribute creative ideas for content, campaigns, and events.

* Complete assigned tasks, prepare documents, update records, and fulfill requirements and goals set for the traineeship.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Must possess minimum of BSc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Accounting, Business Administration or any related field.

* Good written and oral communication skills.

* Age range: 19-25 years

* 0-1 year of work experience, with completion of NYSC

* Strong practical intelligence and problem-solving skills

* Willingness to learn and share ideas

* Street smart
