Safety Compliance & Monitoring

  • Implement and enforce company HSE policies, standards, and site-specific safety plans.
  • Conduct daily site inspections to identify unsafe acts and conditions, and ensure corrective actions are taken.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable legal, client, and company HSE requirements.
  • Verify that permits to work (PTW) are properly issued and adhered to for high-risk activities (e.g., confined spaces, hot works, electrical isolations).

Risk Assessment & Hazard Control

  • Conduct Job Safety Analysis (JSA) and Risk Assessments and Hazard Identification.

Incident Reporting & Investigation

  • Report, record, and investigate accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
  • Prepare and submit incident reports and support root cause analysis.
  • Develop and implement preventive and corrective action plans.

Training & Awareness

  • Conduct daily toolbox talks, HSE inductions, and refresher trainings for workers
  • Promote HSE awareness and best practices among project personnel.
  • Maintain updated records of training and competency certifications.

Documentation & Reporting

  • Maintain and update HSE documentation, including registers, inspection reports, and safety statistics.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly HSE performance reports for management
  • Ensure proper documentation for waste management, environmental monitoring, and PPE distribution.

Emergency Preparedness

  • Ensure emergency response plans are in place and understood by all personnel.
  • Conduct periodic emergency drills (fire, evacuation, first aid).
  • Coordinate with site management and emergency services when necessary.
